
South Australia's food and beverage industry comprises primarily small to medium sized enterprises with proven flexibility and agility in responding to a rapidly changing environment and dynamic consumer demands. This publication showcases our state's world class production capabilities and innovative food and beverage products developed with these changing needs in mind, including products designed ot support gut health, healthy snack and convenience meal alternatives, indulgent treats, premium products with extended shelf life for export markets, and world best practice packaging systems allowing for shelf stable products with a long shelf life and minimal or no preservatives.
